Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped via the carrier selected by the Seller.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be included in the total purchase price at checkout. Applicable shipping fees are detailed in Annex I of these General Terms and Conditions.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the Customer, or from circumstances beyond the carrier’s control.

The Seller will make every reasonable effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours, depending on product availability, destination, order processing time, and the selected payment method. For items that are temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

If multiple products are included in a single order, they may have different availability dates. In such cases, the Customer may receive the items in separate shipments.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the Customer will receive a shipment confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include a tracking number, allowing the Customer to monitor the shipment through the carrier’s website for worldwide deliveries.
